I’ve learned understanding your story; the narrative of your life requires deep self-reflection. Reflecting on times of suffering, you explore memories for answers.

As you ponder, afflictions experienced, and unacknowledged grief come to light. The more in-depth you examine, the more you uncover and are willing to reveal, the more you understand yourself.

Deep in thought, you distinguish people who let you down or lead you astray further into darkness — those who caused you pain and the anguish you caused others.

How to Free the Skeletons in Your Closet

Everyone has done or suffered through situations they are ashamed of and keep a secret. Almost everybody has skeletons in their closet.

I hid painful secrets or skeletons deep inside for years. In a private place, no one was allowed to know about or enter into for fear of being exposed.

I call this private place the Skeleton Closet.

What is Forgiveness?

Forgiveness for those who have wronged you in the past is essential to your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being and allows you to move forward in life.

I forgive you; it is easy to say, but immensely harder to do. – To stop blaming and grant forgiveness. – To let go of anger, bitterness, and grudges.

Many times, problems originating in the past “unknowingly” force their way into current situations. And unresolved issues reinforce dormant wounds and the need to blame others and not grant forgiveness.
