About the Author

For many years, I believed I had left the past behind. But when long-buried memories resurfaced, I discovered that healing is not about forgetting—it is about bringing hidden wounds into the light.

Today, I write for adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence who are searching for hope beyond the pain of yesterday. Through memoirs, books, and faith-filled reflections, I share the lessons God has taught me about healing, forgiveness, and restoration.

My prayer is that every reader discovers they are not alone—and that no matter how broken the past may seem, healing, hope, and freedom are possible.

Every survivor’s journey is different, and my writing reflects different stages of that journey.

Abuse Journal is a faith-based resource that helps adult survivors understand abuse, recognize unhealthy patterns, and begin the healing journey through biblical wisdom, personal stories, and practical encouragement.

The Remnants Journal is a place for survivors who are ready to reflect more deeply, write their own stories, and continue growing in faith through journaling, creative living, and thoughtful reflection.

Wherever you are today, I invite you to begin where you need the most encouragement.
